I know i havent posted in a really long time, but its just ive been super busy with lots of work and i just havent had the time, so until i can find my self enough time on a regular basis my posts may be abit hit and miss, but im trying my bestest!
Now for the post..
As it is started to get warmer here in the UK, ive been wearing even less than usual make up, i tend to not wear make up in day time during the week, but ive found myself using it even less during the evenings and at weekends, which is good for my skin alone, but as i am braving it and going bare faced i want to try and keep my skin looking as healthy as i can.
I am super bad with any time of skin routine at all, and i do not cleanse, moisturise or tone my face never mind exfoliate, one day i will (but we wont hold our breathe just yet).
SO...
This is what i have been doing to keep my skin clear without doing alot.
The first step is simple. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Water is vital for good skin, not only does it keep your skin hydrated, preventing it from becoming dry and tight, water also cleans your body of toxins.
I have eczema quite badly and also have since i can remember, it isnt that bad on my face apart from around my mouth and eyes, so to keep on top my eczema every night before bed, and when i can feel those areas becoming itchy and dry i apply my cream given to me by my doctor.
I then apply my Avon, Blemish mark treatment, lightly all over my face concentrating where i have hyper-pigmentation, i havent been using this every night as it is only meant for a few times a week, although when my skin gets worse such as when i start my period i do use it every night, just to help with breakouts and my skin.
Then next product i use also every night and leave it on the skin to soak through during the night, and this is sudocrem, i apply to sudocrem to any areas i have any breakouts or again hyper-pigmentation, i do this as sudocrem can be used as an acne treatment, and although i do not have acne it does do a good job of clearing any breakouts i may have. You can use sudocrem for eczema although i personally dont as i find it can dry my already dry patches out further, although this is of course a personal opinion.
Last but not least i use Vaseline on my lips every night before bed as waking up to cracked lips is the worse, also sometimes my eczema spreads onto my lips and the mixture of Vaseline and my Eumovate is the perfect mixture to clear up my cracked, dry and sore lips.
My aim over the summer is to become better with my skin care, but at the moment my skin is very soft and healthy and i have minimal breakouts, i hope you enjoyed this post, i apologise for the image quality i did not realise until i was typing up the post the poor quality and thought i would rather post this as speedy as i could, as it is only to give you a sense of the product.
As always i would love to hear any requests in the comments.
Hugs from me to you,
Charley x
